Delivery Information
We always do our best for the fastest possible delivery of your order. We offer different types of shipments per product, each with its own shipping cost and delivery time. Below you can find an extensive overview of this data in order to help you as well as possible.
Type of delivery / shipment
You can order each product in several ways. In the table below you will find an overview of these delivery methods. You can choose the type of product/delivery on the product page of the relevant product.
| Method_1 | Digital License Code | With this option you will receive a digital license code of the ordered software by e-mail, which can be used immediately. |
| Method_2 | KEYCARD | With this option you will receive a KEYCARD of the software with the license code printed on it, which will only become visible after scratching out a gray zone. |
| Method_3 | Dropship KEYCARD + Certificate | With this option we send a KEYCARD + Software Certificate directly to your customer. CLICK HERE for more information about this. |
| Method_4 | Official Software Box* | With this option we will send you an official box by parcel post containing a manual and key card from the manufacturer. |
* Official Software Box: This delivery method only applies to selected products and is only possible for delivery in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany. You can see on the product page whether this method is activated or not.
Delivery term
In the table below you can find the shipping method and the processing time of your order. This table only shows the information of products that have the stock status "In stock".

Important details
Is it not possible to choose a shipping method during checkout? Please read below:
- Different types of delivery cannot be combined in one order. For example: A digital license and a drop shipment cannot be paid together. You must place two separate orders for this.
- You can place a maximum of 50 pieces of "Official Software Boxes" (method 4) per order. Do you want more? Contact us!
- You can pay for a maximum of 20 dropship orders at once.
